Our Mind-Body Wellness Group is a safe, supportive space to explore evidence-based techniques that reduce stress, build emotional resilience, and support lasting healing.
Led by compassionate, trained facilitators, this group is designed to help you:

Registration Details
This group runs in an 8‑session rotating format, allowing new members to join at any time.
Location: 8813 S Redwood Rd, Suite B1, West Jordan, UT 84088
Schedule: Tuesdays from 6:00–7:30 PM
Group Facilitator: Stacey Shaw, PhD, MSW, CSW
Cost: $60 per session
